This morning, I wanted bulletproof coffee, but I didn’t want to break out the Aeropress or boil water. I tend to keep some cold brew around because fuck yeah cold brew. Here is the incantation, using ingredients I have in my pantry from years of eating a low carb-ish diet.

In a microwave-safe mug of your choosing place:

1 part cold brew concentrate
2 tbsp grass-fed butter
1 tbsp liquid MCT oil
1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
2 pumps Torani Sugar Free French Vanilla (optional, still delicious without)

Microwave anywhere from 45 to 90 seconds, depending on the wattage of your microwave. Once the butter is soft or melted, hit it with a milk frother or stick blender, or throw the whole thing into your standalone blender if you have one.
